Our CLE program is designed to provide in-depth coverage of recent Mississippi civil law in the areas of civil practice and procedure, family law, real property, torts, insurance and evidence. Presentations from our expert faculty cover Mississippi civil cases and legislation in these areas from the past year. The curriculum also includes one hour on ethics and professional responsibility, including malpractice prevention. 

CLE Approval

The Summary of Recent Mississippi Law CLE has been approved for CLE credit by several states in the Southeast. Currently, this CLE is approved by:

  • the Mississippi Commission on Continuing Legal Education for 6 hours credit, including 1 hour of Ethics;
  • the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Commission of Alabama for 6 hours credit, including 1 hour of Ethics;
  • The Georgia Commission on Continuing Lawyer Competency for 6 hours of credit, including 1 Ethics hour
  • the Louisiana Supreme Court Committee on Mandatory Continuing Legal Education for 6 hours credit, including 1 hour of Ethics;
  • the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education and Specialization for 6 hours credit including 1 Dual hour;
  • the State Bar of Texas/Minimum Continuing Legal Education for 6 hours of credit, including 1 hour of Ethics.
